Help with chosing motherboard for my rig

So hey guys, currently rebuilding my pc and i need a new motherboard and GPU (and prob RAM too but im in denial about that lol) and id like some help chosing. Here is my partial PC PartBuilder list. The Case is the Nzxt Lexa s and it has 8GB generic unbranded RAM. I have a Monitor, gaming keyboard and mouse already so that doesnt need considered. My monitor is only 900p so i will be upgrading soon but not atm.
