Android System taking 19% of battery?

I had my battery replaced and reflashed my phone.

My battery life is substantially better, but I am at 30% with less 2 hours of SOT. Android System is taking up 20% of my battery usage.

Does this make sense to anyone?

Update: I am down to 15% battery

Android System is at 23, screen is at 14 with just under 2.5 hours SoT
