[Gargoyles] Is Oberon the most powerful being in the Gargoyleverse? What about the gods?

Is Oberon the most powerful being the Gargoyes and everyone ever face? Given that there're characters like Anubis, are there religious beings like Thor and Yahveh too? And do they hold the same amount of power as described in myth or are they just like Oberon, overpowered but ultimately defeatable?

Is there a creator entity with omnipotence in the Gargoyleverse?
