Recreating the sounds of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop?

Hi there, long-time reader first time poster,

I was wondering if anyone could guide me towards any packs/filters/racks/samples/etc that would help create sounds similar to the BBC Radiophonic Workshop- late 70s strangely distorted synths, weird early british TV show themes, this kind of thing.

Examples - John Baker

• Delia Derbyshire

-and a recent iteration Belbury Poly

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
