New 15 r3 owner. Need help setting up!

Just got my first Alienware. 15r3 7700HQ, gtx1060, ips screen. Loving it so far, no issues. What software should I uninstall? What should I install? Should I download the latest Nvidia drivers from their website? What other updates should I do? Should I use throttlestop or XTU for under volting?
