Chances of Vojvodina Independence?

I have in-laws in Vojvodina (Bač) and there is some thought in their mind that Vojvodina may very likely split away from Serbia at some point in their lifetimes (roughly within the next 30 years). My independent research seems to not really agree with this, but the idea that Vojvodina could possibly break away and align itself more closely with Central Europe is interesting. What is the general consensus among other Vojvodina residents?
