Help with Pelvic Pain? Misdiagnosis maybe?
So I had a laproscopy/hysterectomy for endometriosis a couple of years ago. Since then, I've had an ongoing problem with my vagina that was labeled a pelvic floor dysfunction. But none of the exercises I've tried have helped the main problems. (I have, however, gotten rid of some issues that weren't really bothering me.) I've done exercise for both high tone and low tone -- neither provided an improvement one way or the other.
I can do a wicked strong kegel. And I can do them for a long time before I tire. Likewise, I can have good urine flow and I can completely void. I do not have obstructed poops. At the risk of being gross, I can use a fairly normal-sized dildo and it goes in, and I can move it around and all that. BUT, this is where I can detect issues: my vagina feels too short, and I notice that my vagina seems to be shaped like a Y, suggesting that somewhere it is stuck to itself.
When I try to step up to a dildo that is sized more along the lines of my partner, it just doesn't work. I can't seem to stretch out. Not even if I start with a smaller dildo first. I can empty an entire thing of lube in there, and it doesn't help. I've tried a hot bath, pain relievers, the whole shibang since the doctors have told me that this is due to poor relaxation, but none of these efforts have helped.
I think that I probably did have some pelvic floor issues after the surgery, but this remaining problem is not that. It's not vaginisumus, because I can certainly put a normal sized penis analog in there. What I think may be the issue:
-- Pundendal nerve issues -- Some sort of endo side effect -- The doctor I 'fired" may have 'tightened me up' (her culture puts a very high value on virginal pussy, and she didn't listen to me at all, so I wouldn't be surprised if she did some rogue-ass shit to me.)
Any ideas?
