Can someone help me identify these bug bites?

The last 2-3 days i've been getting bites on my legs that look like this: https://imgur.com/gallery/LSHRB

I haven't been bitten at night, only during the day and while wearing pants. At first i thought it was spiders because i had seen a few in my room, and i also considered that it might be fleas as well, though I've had fleas and the bites were a little different. I'm really afraid that it might be bedbugs, but I haven't found any on my sheets or any bloodstains. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
