Skill seems to be plateauing

I made my way from Silver 3 to GNM but I'm no longer noticing improvement in my games. I practice daily with a specific routine, I'm building a new PC soon to increase my fps, I play CEVO to learn new maps, and yet I seem to be stuck at my current skill level. What do I need to do differently or do I continue what I'm doing until I overcome the plateau. Thanks!
