[Skin Concerns] Need advice on how to take care of my scars from dermatillomania

So I've been picking a lot on my forehead and cheeks lately because I get a lot of closed comedones. I know is not that big but I've never had a scar this bigon my face before and it's super embarrassing... also, I'm immunosuppressed so I'm afraid it might get infected :( the one in the middle that looks like my third eye hurts a lot and looks like a small crater, and it's surrounded by peeling skin. I had been using zinc oxide ointment since that's what I use on my legs scars but I'd like to know there's something I can do to minimize the damage and the PIH. Thanks in advance
