[Help] Broken tweak left Phone unable to open most apps or connect to internet

After downloading and installing a tweak on my Jailbroken 6s running 9.3.3 i was asked to reboot and once completed the phone was in an un jailbroken state and became unable to connect to the internet as when ever i tap on wifi the settings app crashes, in addition to this safari, phone, weather, calendar and a number of other apps crash on startup. Like many my certificate ran out with the pangu app so i relied on the safari based re activator. Now i am unable to connect to the internet or open safari i cannot re jailbreak the device to remove the tweak, as well as not being able to remove the tweak in ifunbox due to the phone being jailed once again. I have also tried booting the device in safe mode but obviously that didnt work, nor did side loading the pangu app back onto the device as an internet connection is required to trust the developer to be able to open it.

I suspect its time to restore the device but thought i'd wait a while and ask if theres any fix before doing so.

edit 1 - After using 4G to trust the developer i managed to re activate the jailbreak and boot the device in safe mode where i then uninstalled the tweak that was causing the issue or so i thought. Once the uninstallation completed and the phone had re booted when i unlocked the device all icons were invisible.

edit 2 - I have now resolved the issue completely, i uninstalled a random app via ifunbox which made all app store downloaded apps re appear on my homescreen, however all system apps such as settings, messages, phone and cydia etc were seemingly uninstalled. To fix this i restarted the phone gained access to the app switcher by playing music on spotify then tapping on the song name locking and unlocking the device which opened spotify where i could then double tap the home button and navigate to pangu where i re activated the jailbreak then opened the pangu activator app and left it for 2 minutes as it said it was installing cydia then closed it and all of a sudden everything went back to normal and became visible.

Sorry for the terrible explanation i will try to help anyone experiencing this issue below.

edit 3 - It seems it wasnt a tweak that caused this issue, apparently it is a bug with stashing as i was one of those experiencing the Fix “failed in buffer_write(fd) (8, ret=-1)” Cydia Error when trying to install tweaks. The fix for this should be installing the stashing tweak by coolstar but i received the above error when trying to install stashing so i did the ifunbox method which i believe has caused the issue as this method of enabling stashing does it in a different way and is apparently not safe for semi tethered devices due to how it stashes thus causing the issue when the devices became jailed after a restart.
