Hand foot mouth disease pregnant... any advice?

So yesterday I found out I'm pregnant.. and am currently battling what I think is hand, foot, mouth disease. FML. My toddler came down with it on Sunday evening w/ a 105 degree fever and ended up with awful sores all over his body and mouth. Now fast forward to last night, I started having the same symptoms: a bad sore throat that felt unlike anything Ive had before, woke up with a 102 degree fever and just feel like death. Thank goodness for my husband's help but I've heard the worst is yet to come... sores may show up tomorrow that linger forever.

I'm just mostly nervous about what a fever can do to early pregnancy. I am taking tylenol as directed but everytime the 4 hour window is up, the temp shoots right back up. I'm about to exceed my max dose for the day (and wont be able to take anything over night). Not sure what to do... I know fevers are not good but I am limited on what I can take for meds.

HAs anyone else suffered from this?
