" Very misleading, dishonest and rude folks around there " - Shamus of Mesa, AZ on June 15, 2017

If you are considering doing any kind of business with this dealership, heck even if you wanted to work here I would stay clear away from this company. Danny **, one of finance manager down there was a horrible representation of the company. I asked to use my own financing and he found 30 different ways of why he wasn't going to do it. Then proceeded to tell me that wherever else I go don't get upset if they kick you out of the doors when asking for a good deal or using my own financing. I'm 35 years old and have purchased 8 cars in my lifetime. I bought my first car at 18 from a used old car lot and still experienced a much better experience then I did at Midway. They make up stories and try to run your credit 80 different times to who they want you to use until you tell them to just please stop.

I have over a 700 credit score and they wanted 5k down just to get a deal done on an expedition. They value any trade-in at 4k less than the average competition at any dealership and the expect you to put that much down on a new deal. I decided to just go down to Earnhardt Chevy instead and ended up purchasing a 2016 Tahoe with a low interest rate through my own financing and a trade-in. I only put down 1k just to make the deal sweeter and because I was happy they could get what I needed done after dealing with the shady mess from Midway Nissan.

I then followed back up with Danny ** to tell him how dissatisfied I was with my experience and Earnhardt got it done. Most civilized managers would say "hey thanks for your time" and apologize about my experience and maybe even let me know to consider them in the future when I look for a different vehicle years down the line. No, that would be too civilized for him. He decided to tell me that I don't have anything better to do and no one to call so I wasted my time calling him. He then later said that once the bank takes my vehicle then I should come back and see him for a vehicle. And I've never had any repossessions in my life and have paid off almost every single one of my vehicles or trade them in with positive equity. He mentioned things that were untrue about my credit such as paying my bills and again, I have over a 700 credit score, I don't have any late payments since the recession 7 years ago.

It's 2017 and you wouldn't someone be this childish but I was sadly mistaken. Don't ever do business with Midway Nissan in Phoenix. It's the worst experience ever. I smelled the BS when I walked in and super glad I didn't want to do business with them. Very misleading, dishonest and rude folks around there but mainly this Mr Danny ** guy. Stay clear. I guarantee you will hate the experience. Please consider the other reviews up here as well. They are not correct. Going to a different dealership will clearly show you how shady and horrible the business they run is. Save yourself time and a headache, maybe even a migraine. I'm usually a very nice guy and I've never written a bad review. I often times don't even write a review if my experience was bad and take the time to write out great reviews for companies. But I would encourage you to not communicate with them because they will make you upset.

As for the rest of Midway Nissan I can't speak for the entire staff except that they lie and make up answers to get you to put more money down and use their financing. If you mix it all up it's all bad there. They need to clean house with this Danny ** guy as soon as possible so the morale for customers can be regained with respect and dignity. Please save yourself from them. Thank you.
