Can someone identify which restaurants Porter Robinson is referring to in this interview? (Cross-post from /r/Tokyo)

In this Youtube video, Porter Robinson mentions his favorite places to eat at around the 1:50 mark. He gives a vague description but doesn't remember what they're actually called. I'm trying to figure out which places they are, and was wondering if anyone on here might have any ideas.
