Item Quantity of 0 Bug

I am completely stuck. I can't use console commands to remove these items the one labeled (-1) is actually the max of an item that you can hold which is why my carry weight is so high and I can't drop them or do anything with them. Has anyone found a fix or something yet?

Edit: I rolled back my save to before the item went to it's -1 quantity so I can still play but it's still very annoying having items i can't get rid of
