Everyone that has been scammed by an imposter please read this

There has been a lot of imposters lately. A lot of imposters of me, and other highly vouched members or moderators of the subreddit.

Luckily, there is an easy way to counter this, that will never fail.

If you are not sure whether or not a person is who they say they are, simply ask them to send you a message on reddit. If they respond, you know you are talking to the right person, and not an imposter.

If they refuse to respond, simply block the individual and move on.

If you keep doing this with every new person you add, you will never fall prey to impersonators.
