Assistance with train to Burgstädt

Hi folks

I'm arriving at the Berlin Tegel airport this Wednesday at 1:15pm and somehow need to find my way to Burgstädt (My understading is that there are two Burgstadts in Germany? I need to go to the one somewhat near Dresden). How do I go about getting there in short order? Is there a train station nearby? Can I purchase a train ticket in advance, or is it best to just purchase it there? Will I be able to find any English speakers in the area to ask for assistance?
