Your ideal healthcare system?

Obamacare is unpopular but it seems like the senate Republicans are having a hard time producing an alternative, and the President himself seems flexible on the issue--he'd has criticized the congressional bill a bit and seems like he'd be willing to work with the democrats if they weren't so opposed to him. What do you think?
