My DB10 team is not consistent. What do I need improvements on?

For my DB10 team, I use Verde (L), Vero, Theomars, Bella, and Megan.

Verde: Violent/Broken Max 6* +10.5k HP, +333 Def, 99+71 Spd, 100 CR

Vero: Violent/Broken Max 6* +11k HP, +206 Def, 100+78 Spd, 72% Acc

Bella: Violent/Broken Max 6* +10.7k HP, +240 Def, 108+88 Spd, 45% Acc

Theo: Violent/Blade Lvl 39 6* +1k Atk,100 +44 Spd, 65 CR, 111 CD

Megan: Swift/Energy Max 5* +8.3k HP, +416 Def, 97+105 Spd, 56 Acc

Megan goes first, then Bella, then Vero, then Verde, and then Theo. I thought this team would work but it is not consistent at all. So what do I need to do so the runs are consistent? Maybe replacing Theomars with Aegir would be better?
