Dragoon no limit break build

I'm in the process of testing a new build on dragoon which uses HP Boost and One Shot Aim instead of limit breaks, as they are very reliant on event luck. HP Boost allows your hp to exceed limits and One Shot aim makes all Imperial Wrath damage critical so it's not capped I think? I am having to rely on finding armour with HP Boost on at the moment though as I don't have the contract or lab part and using the one shot aim contract as I don't have the lab part. Does anyone have these as lab parts so I know we can get them, and what do you guys think of it?
