An idea to make league players want to play everyday (w/o IP bonus)?

Since a lot of people don't benefit from the daily IP bonus, in addition to the bonus what if Riot lets us use a random skin on champions we one for two or three days?

That way people might try the champions they might rarely pay with the skin and still have people return to league daily?
