Looking for an app, need some help.

Hi everybody.

Probably a stupid question, but I'm kinda new to this.

Is there an app that allows me to construct decks, and while I'm out buying singles be able to check off said cards for the deck? I was thinking of just using a note pad app for this, but figured that since this community is so large that there was an app that would allow me to do this quicker.

Thank you!
