NorCal FLGS/Collectibles Shop Recommendations?

Howdy all, I'm heading to Sacramento for a week and would like to stop in a game shop to pick up some old school singles. Gotta support brick and mortar, and maybe the selection is unique nearby the origin of the game. Can anyone recommend any game shops or collectible card/comic stores in the Sacramento area where I can purchase old school singles? I might be driving to San Francisco for a day, so options along the way are viable as well.

I've perused some threads about MTG stores in the area, and most lead me to CFB's game center in Santa Clara. Might be too far south to include in a day trip to San Francisco with my uninterested significant other.

I'm less interested in a place to play; I'm currently not planning to bring any cards along with me. Any meet-ups happening, though?

I appreciate any responses. Thanks in advance.
