CAD Design Computer Build

Hi, I'm looking to build a computer for CAD design work. No monitor, keyboard, OS, optical drive, or software needed. I would like a high end graphics card and probably a 6 core i7 with at least 16 GB of RAM. My budget is $1400-1650ish. The software I work with is Matrix ( https://www.stuller.com/matrix ).

I threw this together real quick, but I'd love some recommendations/suggestions. What would you change, add, etc...?
