FTB beyond AE2 Stuff advanced inscriber and Crystal growth chamber breaking and being dropped randomly.

I have set up a me system with auto craft, but i have an issue with the ae2 stuff blocks. The inscribers and the growth chamber are breaking down randomly and they are dropped on the ground.

At first i replaced them but the acceleration cards and the presses were lost cause they did not drop. I recognized that it was always the same blocks (i had 5 inscriber but always the same 3 were dropped + the growth chamber) so i moved the setup to another location. But there it started to.

What can i do to prevent that from happening.
