It's a shame to love the company but not trust the customer service

I'm going to decide on my gaming laptop in the next few days, it's between the blade 14 or Alienware 13.

I love the blade, I love razer and it's approach to these amazing products, I've been loyal to them for years.

But the amount of horror stories, everywhere. Bad QC, customer support issues, backlight bleed, the list goes on.

It's a sad thought when paying 2k for a product. "Will I get a good one?"

I just can't bring myself to pull the trigger, I'm from the UK and would order from Amazon.
