What is the best rivalry in the NBA today?

I say with complete confidence (total unbiased opinion lol) that the C's and Wizards have the best rivalry in the NBA today. They are very evenly matched, their last series went to seven games and they have passionate fan bases. While I believe Boston to be home to the best fans in sports, you've got to give D.C. credit for making themselves known in the playoffs.

I say this even though the cavs and the warriors have met in the finals for seemingly the last decade. I really feel that there is a lack of animosity when those teams play that would legitimize a rivalry.

I do think the NBA is priming itself for another Lakers v. Celtics showdown in the years to come.

Are rivalries dead? Or do we have the best case for the strongest rivalry in basketball?
