At 10:56 p.m. EDT Armstrong is ready to plant the first human foot on another world. Take into consideration that Hello Games is based in Guildford, UK, and uses the UTC/GMT + 1 time zone. If you convert Neil Armstrong's stepping on the moon time to GMT +1 you get 03:56 a.m on the 21st.
