Game getting worse?

About 3-4 weeks ago the game got superbly better for me, i stopped having massive fps spikes and the game started to be really smooth (constantly over 80-90 fps), but now (started about a week or 2 ago) the game has begun to feel like it was at first, my fps is being lower than usual, its spiking, the game feels very jittery. Anyone else experiencing this or just me?
