[Discussion] I can't Grow any Players above the age of 20

It seems that no matter how professional they are, I can never grow my players attributes once they reach 20-21ish. Any ideas on what I can do, because often times their attributes will just decrease for seemingly no reason. I have all 4.5+ star coaches and 'good' training facilities and I'm in the Premier League
