ID by (probably menu) music

I just watched this video and heard the music played at the linked time stamp (3:37 if the time stamp doesn't work) and can't figure out where it's from and it drives me nuts.

Platform(s): Not sure, but most likely original Xbox or Xbox 360. But could be any of the major consoles up to 360/PS3 though. I would however rule out anything after that, since we did not play multiplayer games on PS4/Xbox One/WiiU apart from Mario Kart 8, that clearly doesn't fit the music.

Genre: Don't know either. But since I know the music so well, it probably has a multiplayer component we played a lot. My fist guess was Call of Duty 4 and I clicked through the soundtrack on youtube, but although the general mood of the music would fit, I didn't find it there, so it's probably another game.
