Coming from WoW and just hit 70 for the first time and wanting to start into raiding, what should I do to be prepared 100%?

Hi, I'm sorry if this post doesn't belong here and sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

So I've came to this game at the start of Stormblood and just LOVED IT, and I've been raiding high end in WoW from the past 10 years, so it's time for me to switch games and for sure this is the game I've looking forward to, the trials are just fucking amazing and I want to start raiding but I don't know what should I do to become prepared for this sweet raiding.

So my questions are:

What ilvl should I have to raid?

How do I get the high end equipment to start raiding?

Does this game have any gems/enchants like WoW had? And flask/food/potion?

Where should I look for guides for the raids and/or high end content?
