How to win when your teammate picks Injoker

Just had my 200th loss, in ranked, out of 200 games, where a teammate picks Injoker. How do I make them cast spells? He lost 1v1 to Sven mid, while I was 10/0 by 10 minutes 1v3 in the offlane, but that is beside the point. How do you win a game when you get Injoker's as "teammates" especially when they are 0 spells stains.
