why can't we ask for help on college essays on this subreddit?

the r/ collegeessayreview subreddit is deadd and barely anyone responds to posts. since the college essay is such an integral part of applying for college why aren't those posts allowed on here? that being said if anyone wants to help me with mine before this post is deleted then pm me ;)
