Wet dream felt like a real life relpase help

I fell asleep to some girls with on youtube showing cleavage and what not just really soft soft stuff not like I was intentionally surfing for it...it was just a couple of youtubers having cleavage out and also a couple of skit videos that had girls with tight clothes on....I kid you not it felt like a damn relpase I dont know what to do and im so close to surpassing my longest streak of 52 days
