Looking to buy a Mazda3, is this a good deal?

I have an '08 Honda Civic and am in the market for a newer car. I really like the design of the Mazda3s 2014 & above. I found [one] (https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/701845061/overview/) that's well within my budget. Does this look like a good deal? It has low miles for its age and it's VIN is clean. Are there are any recalls/issues I should be concerned about? Thanks!
