Description of problem

I just moved to a new apartment and the complex only has TWC. When I play any games the internet works fine, with no lag or any issues. When I try to play Siege everything goes to crap. The minute I load into game I am immediately rubberbanding, but when I hit tab I have 40-50 ping. Also once I load into game I start lagging on discord as well, at my friends say that I start cutting in and out. If I play PuBG, League, or Dota 2 I don't have any of these issues. Does anyone have any advice?

Plugged the ethernet cable into wall instead of through the wifi router.
