Forcibly removed from the game?

Tried to join a chaos five match on Xbox (there are rarely even matches above 4) and before I could even load in I was "forcibly removed from the match". No vote to kick, no notice saying I was kicked. I was flat out Forcibly removed, what's the deal with that?

I'm nearing the top of C5 gear, I can more than hold my own lane or even two. No idea what the hell what was about. What's the difference between being kicked and removed "forcibly"?
