Probs got Malware from AdFly. Suggestions?

Hey guys, as it says in the title I'm pretty sure I got some virus and/or Malware from Adfly when I was trying to download a resource pack for Minecraft. Some shit went haywire during the download and I tried to fix it myself but to no avail (for some reason Discord doesn't work now).

I just saw a black cursor (that wasn't mine) go across my screen. So I turned off and unplugged my computer. Does anyone know what this is or any really good anti malware I can download to help me find and get rid of my problem?
