Diana and Mid Lane

Apparently our friend Rick has done it again. This time he went overboard with buffs.

According these statistics not only has Diana gained a 5% win rate (going from 46 to 51) but she is now the No 1 counter to Akali. (57% win rate against our ninja)

I recently played a normal game against a low plat Diana. There was not a single point in time where I could engage on her since she held on to her shield. Her Q now has a low CD and costs 55 mana...which has a 0.7 ap ratio.

Her new passive gives her mana back on every third auto so you are not gonna outsustain her she can basically play the lane as a mage with her Q. Pre6 she continuously pushed me in and harassed me with Q. Whenever I tried to Q W harass she just backed off. Then she roamed and built ROA after which there was zero chance of dueling her. (she basically did half my health with Q R while being tanky )

I had the feeling that Akali is completely redundant in the game now after these buffs. Diana simply does everything better.

Anyway, what is your experience? Have you guys laned against this buffed beast recently?
