Who's a risky keeper?

Is there anyone on the list of high value keepers (top three rounds or late finds a la David Johnson two years ago) who you would rather take the draft pick instead or holding onto the guy?

In my mind, a guy like Matt Ryan or Todd Gurley maybe? What say you all?
