Blurry text? Any advice?

I just got my rift today and I'm excited! I'm loving it except for one kind of large issue. I can't read text. I do the IDS and get it setup, but not matter how I adjust things text is just barely legible. Everything else at least appears to be pretty clear.

Any advice on what I can do? I mean it sucks that I can't actually do anything using big screen or the like if I can't even really read whats on the screen.

Edit: I appreciate the help so far! Quick note is that I don't wear glasses. The only way I've seen improvement is with the debug tool pushing the the pixels per display up to 1.5. But even then its oddly difficult to read most the times unless I get it at just the right angle but I can't seem to recapture that sweet spot as its gone as quickly as I find it. Is there anyway to know if I possibly just have a blurry headset as I've read that's an issue? Any good ways of testing that?
