need help finding the right lightbulb!

My office has sockets for PAR30 75W 120V bulbs, but every time I would buy halogen lights, they would die after a few weeks. I finally had an electrician come check it out and my panel was reading 122 volts, a common volt surge... I tried to find PAR30 75W 130V LED bulbs but they're either hard to find or expensive. Are these the bulbs I should be buying or will PAR30 75W 120V LED bulbs suffice?
