Best team + player?

Hi guys, just curious. I don't really follow HGC and whatnot.

Who would you say are the best team OVERALL and also the single best player? so me elaboration would be good, im just curious. I've heard a lot about MVP black? wasn't there another team that did really well with bizarre comps and stuff? thanks!
