Need help in Python3

I started doing Python3 and i'm practicing with the PythonList,

and i'm doing Pythagorean Triple Checker and one of it's subgoals is to make a loop, so I decided to make a method called tryAgain with a string parameter to fulfill that requirements, my problem is i can't pass throught the while loop in the tryAgain method, can someone explain to me what's happening
