What movie is this... "It is the hour of the snake"...

My nephew and i saw a movie years back, but cannot remember the title. I don't have many details, just some fuzzy clues below. PLEASE reply with movie title if possible. Thanks!

1. In the movie they would regularly ring a gong and yell "It is the hour of the snake."

2. Sometimes it was different animals, not just snake.

3. It was not a good movie.
