Installation problem with Monero GUI wallet

I downloaded Monero GUI wallet on https://getmonero.org/ and I got this error: "api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll missing on your computer". After that I couldn't use in a proper way my pc. I tried to close everything through the task manager, but didn't work. I thought I had taken some viruses, so I turned off the pc directly e now seems and now it seems ok. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
