Connection Issues on in Duties?

Hey guys,

I'm having the weirdest issue for about a week now. The game plays smooth as silk until I join a duty of some kind and then it lags like crazy and sometimes kicks me off. It never does this on the overworld, only in duties. No connection issues with anything else. Anybody else having this issue?
