Manamune should get buffed

Ezreal is in really bad spot right now. He is put classed by every crit adc even in midgame, when he is supposed to have powerspike, all due to price redution of crit iteams. I think that Manamune should get buffed as Ez is almost the only user of this iteam (Urgot gets rework, Jayce rushes Lethality). Giving Manamuune better stats, have it deal more on-hit damage or apply on-hit slow would surerly help Ezreal stop being such useless champ, as he is right now.
