Max challenge shards without tier 3?

Getting back in the game after a break and attempting challenge SG. Was wondering the estimated amount of shards you could get without refreshes or completing tier 3 (as I don't have the crystals to refresh, and team isn't strong enough for tier 3). Using 3BM, 3DS, and 4*MDS if anyone has any suggestions for beating the challenge
